Sarah Martin the British representative for the International Association for Cannabinoid Medicines talks about Sativex and how it helps treat her symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.
Sativex is a cannabis based drug produced in the UK by GW Pharmaceuticals, it’s been approved in the UK, Spain, Germany, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Sweden, New Zealand and Canada for treatment of spasticity caused by Multiple Sclerosis.
Sarah says “If you are a patient, request it. If you are a doctor, prescribe it. It really is an excellent medicine. If you don’t ask, you don’t get. Fight for it to force a change in how doctors may treat their patients.”

It should be noted that Sativex is not a synthetic drug based on cannabis but an actual cannabis extract (tiniture).
