Meet Arizers new dry herb vaporizer, The Air 2
Hot on the heels of Arizers Solo 2 comes an upgraded version of it’s petite sibling, the Air 2. With its new digital display comes greater precision when choosing your desired vaping temperature.
It’s hard not to compare the Solo/Solo 2 with the Air/Air2 as they are similar in style, both the Air 1 & Air 2 are the same size, while the Solos are visibly bigger and heavier. The glass mouthpieces are all interchangeable from one device to another.
Battery
The Air 1 & 2 also have interchangeable batteries which makes them great for getting out and about for anyone with an active lifestyle. The batteries used for the Air 2 vape give an extra 50% capacity compared with previous models. They come with one battery, but spare Li-ion batteries are readily available. Charging time is around 1.5 hours, each time I’ve charged the battery I’ve got over an hour of vaping before having to recharge.
Reaching temperature
Heat up times are coming in around 125 seconds to reach the highest temperature of 220° C. We prefer to vape around the 200° C mark which takes around 80 seconds to get there.
Flavour
Arizer portables are designed in such a way that the plumes of vapor released from your weed only have to travel from the bottom to the top of the Boro-silicate Glass mouthpiece to reach your lips, no vapor going through the inner workings of the unit and altering the flavour or aroma
Cleaning
I’ve used a fair amount of vaporizers and a pitfall with a lot of them is the cleaning involved in keeping the units running at optimum vaping performance, with the all the Arizer portables it really is a simple task. 1.Wash the glass.
2.Use a cotton bud and isopropyl alcohol to clean around the heating chamber and bobs your uncle, no intricate nooks and crannies.
I’ve got nothing negative to say about the Arizer Air 2, it’s a simple, effective dry herb vaporizer with the added bonus of being a gift to clean. What more could you want? “a spare battery’ said a friend.
