DEA's Chief Administrator refuses to admit herion is more harmful than cannabis

The Chief Administrator of the USA's Drug Enforcement Agency Michele Leonhart a supposed expert in the subject of drugs would not admit that heroin, crack cocaine or crystal meth are more dangerous than cannabis as she testifies before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security.
