Man charged over £10,000 herbal cannabis find in East Belfast

Police have charged a man with drugs offences after herbal cannabis was seized in east Belfast on Thursday.

An estimated £10,000 worth of the drug was recovered during a police operation in Yukon Street.

A 24-year-old man has been charged with being concerned in the supply of class b drugs and attempted possession of class b drugs with intent to supply.

He is to appear at Laganside Magistrates Court on 25 February.
